Long before our garments were worn, our family was deeply involved in the sourcing, buying and trading of wool — forming strong relationships with Western Australian woolgrowers and developing a deep understanding of fibre quality from the ground up.
Founded in 1986 by Peter Scanlan, Scanlan Wools established a trusted reputation within the wool trade. This legacy laid the foundation for what would eventually become Swoolly by Scanlan — a natural evolution from working with raw fibre to creating finished garments.
For the past decade, Swoolly has brought that expertise to life through a carefully considered range of merino wool clothing. Every piece reflects not just a commitment to comfort and durability, but a genuine knowledge of the fibre itself — from farm to finished garment.
